If Your Email Address Changes, Please Be Sure to Notify Your Important Contacts!

If you are like many people these days, your email is a very important aspect of your life. If you moved to a different home or office, you would probably make sure you updated your physical mailing address with all of your significant friends, family, business partners, and vendors. You would also probably have the postal service forward your mail to your new location. Likewise, if your email address changes, please be sure to give it the same attention.

If you do not use email to maintain your valuable relationships and do not feel that it's important to notify everyone, there are at least two essential companies to contact regarding your change of email - the company that hosts your website and the company that registered your domain name(s). Why are these two companies important? Because important notifications regarding your website and your domain registration are sent to you via email. In some cases, the web hosting provider is a different company than the domain registrar. Most web hosting providers and domain registrars, NetFronts included, provide an online account that you may access to quickly update your own account information.

To update your email address for your web hosting with NetFronts, please log in to your web hosting account control panel at http://support.netfronts.com. Click HERE for a tutorial on how to update your contact information.

To update your domain registration record with NetFronts, please log in to your domain record via the domain management tool. If your domain was not registered through NetFronts, please contact your domain registrar. If you do not remember who your domain registrar is, please view your domain record through a WHOIS search.

It's also important that all of your SPAM settings allow you to receive email from your important friends, family, business partners, and vendors. Click HERE for information and instructions about using NetFronts SPAM protection features.

NetFronts appreciates the opportunity to serve you and bring you this important reminder.
