At times, I have
to do work for clients on outside servers. I have to deal
with all sorts of hassles that never seem
to come up at NetFronts. Sometimes it seems I spend more
time arguing with the system administrator about his PHP
server than I spend actually developing. Old, slow equipment,
incomplete configurations, poor band width, old software
and (worst of all) constantly having to defend my code against
their lack of performance. I'm constantly having to bite
my tongue to keep from saying, "But it works at NetFronts." I've heard it wisely said once that 10% of your customers
cost 90% of your time. I think it can be true also of your
vendors, but in hosting I think it's worse than that.
In any case you guys are absolutely in the top 10 percent.
The time and hassles you save me with your excellent customer
service and top notch systems are well worth what you charge.
Of all the business decisions I've made in the past 5 years,
choosing NetFronts to host my sites was one of my best moves.

I've had to deal with during the course of our business at
Barancorp. Many times, my web technicians are unavailable

issues personally. Your staff has ALWAYS been helpful and
most polite in getting me the help I need. Kirstan just spent

Hi...you guys/gals are doing a great job! thanks for the clear
and beneficial upgrades on the control panel...especially anti-virus
and anti-spam features. Read an interesting article recently
on all the major companies switching from PC to Mac at great
expense, due to ever increasing virus issues. Huge issue for
Microsoft which has potential for significantly impacting their
future market position. anyway...thanks for staying on top
of these issues. I am currently having a second website designed and will most

happy with the service provided by Jim Hanken in support. Recently
I have had to deal with several issues related to several of
my client sites and my own recent conversion to the new servers.
Throughout all of them, he has been quick to respond and very
helpful in helping me address each of the problems. I have
around 25-35 clients using Netfronts now, and keeping them
all happy requires a decent amount of Trouble Ticket submissions!
